Firms use it to check whether they already work with you, and to look at what you do before they price anything.

What do you need

This moves scope and price more than almost anything else. A rough band is enough; nobody holds you to it.

So we match you with firms that can price in your currency and already know the privacy rules you report under. It is not published anywhere.

A real date changes who can take the work. If you are still exploring, say so. It is a genuine answer and firms would rather know.

A customer asking, a renewal and a failed questionnaire are three different engagements. This is the fastest way to get a relevant quote.

Firms price a cold start and a stalled program very differently. Saying you have started saves a discovery call.

A previous attempt is useful, not embarrassing. It usually means half the evidence already exists.

Add details, if it helps

Anything about your scope or situation. What the customer actually asked for, how many systems are involved, whether you have done this before.

It tells a firm who to write for. A quote aimed at a CTO reads differently from one aimed at an operations lead.

Are you a firm rather than a buyer?

This form is for companies looking to hire. If you run a security or compliance practice and want to be in the directory, use list your firm instead. It is free.

What happens after you submit

You get an email confirming we have it, immediately and automatically. A person then reads it, not a routing rule. If TrazTech is a fit for the work we will tell you so directly, and if we are not, it goes to the firms in the directory whose services match what you asked for. More than one firm may contact you.

We do not promise a reply inside a fixed number of minutes, because the reply comes from a person and we would rather not print a number we cannot keep every time. In practice the confirmation is instant and a human response is same business day.

We do not ask for your phone number, your budget, or your industry. The first two are questions for a conversation rather than a form, and the third we can usually work out from your company name.

Common questions

Does this cost anything?

Not for you. You are never charged for a match or a quote. Listing a firm is also free; what firms can pay for is the Verified tier and, on the free tier, individual higher-intent enquiries. The page for firms sets out both prices.

How many firms will contact me?

It depends on how many match what you asked for. It is usually a small number rather than a dozen. If you want to limit it, say so in the details field and we will honour that.

Can I ask for my request to be deleted?

Yes. Email [email protected] and we will delete our copy and tell you which firms already received it, so you can contact them directly. We cannot delete their copies for them.
